Where can I buy Boots products? 

Our products are available to purchase in Target stores nationwide and select CVS stores in the USA as well as online at Drugstore.com. No7 and Botanics products are also available in Canada through our partnership with Shoppers Drug Mart. Find your nearest Boots store with our store locator.

I have really sensitive skin, do you have any products that I could use?

What is the difference between Restore & Renew and Protect & Perfect?

The basic differences are:

Protect &Perfect "actives" are a lipo-pentapeptide, white lupin extract, retinyl palmitate and Boots anti-oxidant complex in a silicone emulsion base.

Restore & Renew "actives” are the same with the exception of the first ingredient - this time it’s a lipo-oligopeptide.

The difference between the two peptides is only really their structure. All the evidence to date shows that they are equivalent in their activity so there is little difference between the US and UK versions

It is important to note that any claims about the effect of the serum are based on the total formulation and not on any one ingredient.

Why do Protect & Perfect & Restore & Renew have different names?

No7 Protect & Perfect is the UK name for the Beauty Serum. Restore & Renew was chosen as the international name for the Beauty Serum as feedback from overseas markets was that people were unsure how to pronounce ‘perfect’ and a number of markets considered this word to be a medical rather than cosmetic claim.
