Competition Terms & Conditions
1. The prize draw is open to USA residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of Boots Retail USA, Inc employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. Entry to prize draw is free. Only one entry per person.
3. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the draw.
4. 1 winner will be drawn at random and the winner will receive a selection of Boots Sanctuary products.
5. The prize is as stated and there is no alternative or cash substitute.
6. Entries will only be accepted on the official internet form. Copies will not be accepted.
7. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries and those due to technical problems.
8. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Details of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the promoter within 4 weeks of the closing date.

Boots.com Monthly Sweepstakes
Official Rules
• No Purchase Necessary. You are automatically entered for each monthly drawing for each month in which you are a registered Boots Club member. Registration is free. To register for the Boots Club, go to www.us.boots.com, click on the “Boots Club” link and follow the registration instructions. Limit one (1) registration per person and per email address.
• Selection of Winners/Validations: One (1) monthly-prize winner will be selected at random at the end of each month from all valid Boots Club members during that month. Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final. Each potential winner will be notified by phone or email and may be required to sign, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Prize and Publicity Release. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, stolen or misdirected mail or entries, or any failure or unavailability of electronic communications or Internet connections. If integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised in any manner, Sponsor reserves the right to modify Sweepstakes and randomly select winners from valid entries received that are unaffected by the problem. • Participation: Sweepstakes begins 12:01 am ET [April 1, 2009], ends 11:59 p.m. ET [December 31, 2009], and is open only to valid registered members of the Boots Club, 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of the 50 United States, or Washington, DC.. Employees, and members of their immediate families and households of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion, publicity and judging agencies and anyone else involved in the production, development or handling of this Sweepstakes are not eligible. Void outside the U.S. and where prohibited. Subject to all applicable laws.
• Prizes/Odds: One (1) Monthly Prize will be awarded in each monthly drawing for a total of nine (9) Monthly Prizes. Each Monthly Prize consists of a selection of Boots products, selected by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value: $200. Odds of winning a monthly prize depend upon number of registered Boots Club members that month. Prize may not be transferred or substituted for cash or other products. Limit one prize per person during the entire Sweepstakes period. Taxes are responsibility of winner. Allow 4-6 weeks after validation for receipt or arrangement of receipt of prize.
