Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing for massage I don't know about the others, but this smells divine for me. I just love using it for a long facial massage and I can really fell asleep after it. It surely cleanses really well. I remember several of my blackheads actually came off when I used it (not every time though). The texture is also lovely. It left the skin really moisturized ad cleansed. However I am little confusing about how to take it off. I think you really need to work with the cloth, it really helps to get all of it out. It works wonderfully for dry skin as well as for combination skin like myself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value cleansing balm I don't use this every day but rather in the evening if I've worn a full face of make up all day or my skin is in need of a really good cleanse. I don't use the muslin cloth but a flannel removes the balm really well and leaves my skin feeling very soft and nourished. This balm lasted me for quite a while so the value for money is excellent here when you look at the price of similar products on the market.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soothing ritual for makeup removal I use this product like a cold cream for makeup removal and it is so nice to find an option that is plant based. The blend is very soothing, a great cleansing prep for receiving deep moisturizing before bedtime.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A little goes a long way! After my previous cleansing balm was discontinued, I had to look for another cleansing balm. I wanted something that would properly remove the make up off my skin and leave me feeling clean. When I came across this, I was a little sceptical at first, but after using it for a few good weeks, I can honestly say this is the BEST cleansing balm that I have used. My make up is removed thoroughly and I feel cleansed and clean. I would definitely recommend it for those with sensitive skin as it is very gentle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it I bought it after it being recommended on Lisa Eldridge's facial massage video, and I love it so much. It leaves my (combination oily/dry) skin very soft and moisturized. It is a little hard to scoop out of the container and it does leave kind of a heavy residue but it doesn't bother me, it feels good overnight and I feel better knowing how organic it is. Love the fragrance, too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really love but... I love cleansing balms and this one is no exception. HOWEVER...for the amount of product that comes in the tub and the one mesclun cloth given, it doesn't add up. I feel there could have been a second cloth included considering they get super dirty super quickly and are hard to wash. My face definitely feels clean and supple like the product states but at times when I use it I seem to feel this oily filmy layer on my skin. Washing my face with a cleanser afterwards corrects this problem though! Overall, love the natural organic quality of this product and would definitely repurchase. I feel the pros outweigh the cons.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just as good as the top brands. Wasn't sure about trying this after reading the reviews, but I saw that this was on offer so I thought to give it a try. I have oily skin and have been using the 'Hot Cloth Cleansing' routine for years now and have no issues whatsoever in fact, my skin has got a lot better for it. One thing I noticed with this product that it was a lot more 'oily' than the other creamy oil textured cleansers, but that didn't bother me much, it just meant that I had to rub it into my skin a bit more. One thing I noticed on some of the reviews were comments in regards to the skin still feeling oily afterwards. This shouldn't happen and it didn't happen to me when I used it, but I have found that 1. The cloth provided with these cleansers are not that great and 2. The water temperature is not hot enough to take off the cleanser off the skin. 3. The product doesn't say how much you should use, so some people can be using too much. I use about a pea size amount, rubbed into my palm and then onto my skin. When I use these type of cleansers, I always use a face flannel or baby flannel. I find these to work so well with taking off the cleanser from the skin and also good for getting rid of the dead skin cells. I always use hot ( not scolding) water and always place the cloth into a bowl or sink for a few seconds, to soak up the water, wring out the cloth until it feels damp, place the cloth onto the whole of my face for a few seconds to help melt the cleanser and then sweep the cloth all over face, concentrating on my nose and chin area as it gets so oily. I then rinse the cloth, repeat again and my skin is soft without any oily feeling and I can put on my moisturiser straight afterwards. I have now been using this for just over 3 weeks and I haven't had a issue with breakouts or anything - even in this hot weather, so it gets a 10/10 from me. I say to other reviewers, who didn't like it and still have the product, try it again but use another cloth or flannel than the one provided.
