How to Use
Rotate the mascara brush in the barrel to load the mascara wand, do not
pump the mascara brush into the barrel. Apply using from the root to the
tip of the lashes. Apply to the bottom lashes first them the top lashes.
Allow the first coat to dry before applying a second coat.
